My Story

For a year now a few of us bootcamp ladies have been braving the welsh weather on twice weekly basis and under Craig's instruction, exercising hard to get fit!

For some strange reason we have now agreed to participate in the INVNCBL 10K assault course in March!

Since I know this will be one of the most physically challenging things we have done to date, we figured we may as well let as many people as possible know so that they can laugh at us and pay for the privilege!

A few in our group have tragic personal first hand experience of cancer so raising funds for The Old Mill Foundation makes sense. Please donate a little or a lot to help this not for profit organisation continue to help so many people on their cancer journey.
